Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute 24-72-301, the City Council as the governing body of the City of Cripple Creek, herby establishes the following fees for the search, retrieval, and copy of criminal justice records, fingerprinting, vin inspections and court ordered PBT's.
Records request/fee schedule and charges
$5.00 for up to first 5 pages, $0.25 each additional page, $41.37 per hour for video, audio, and extensive records search, $7.50 per CD for photos:

- Photos on CD Extensive Records Search Postage
