We handle administrative issues related to city employees and city council members and provide tort and policy guidance to city leadership in order to attract, support, and retain a qualified, diverse, healthy, and motivated workforce. We help employees maximize available programs and benefits while monitoring applicable state and federal programs to ensure we’re maintaining compliance and mitigating risk.

To provide a human resources and risk management program that provides quality services and support in employment, training, employee relations, benefits, compensation, safety, and wellness while doing so with integrity and responsiveness in coordination with balancing the needs of both the employees and the City.
