*The City contributes up to $6,000 per year towards dependent coverage, calculated at $230.77 on a per pay period basis. Employees are responsible for the balance of dependent coverage.

All health benefits start on the first of the next month following the date of hire and terminate at the end of the month following the date of resignation/termination.
