Job Duties include: Operates a transit bus to transport passengers over semi-regular or regular routes to local points according to time schedule and/or at customer request. Advises and trains other drivers; develops schedules for drivers and ensures vehicles are in proper working order; and supervises staff and administrative functions in the absence of the Transportation Manager.
Requirements include: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one year of commercial driving experience preferred. Possession of a Colorado Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class C or higher with a P1 endorsement and possession of a current Medical Examiners Certificate required. Must be at least 21 years of age, be able to pass a background check, and provide an acceptable motor vehicle record from any state in which a license has been held within the previous three years.

Accounting Technician

Job Duties include: Accounting responsibilities including accounts payable processing; managing and completing 1099’s and W-9’s; and accounts receivable including accepting, receipting, and depositing payments.
Requirements include: Experience in accounting and bookkeeping preferred, along with experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. High school diploma or GED required. Director of Transportation

This position is responsible for safety-sensitive functions to include overall leadership and management of the Transportation Department, including Federal Transit Administration/Colorado Department of Transportation federal grant oversight. In addition, responsibilities include leading, supervising, and training personnel; developing a schedule for drivers; ensuring vehicles are in safe working order; and occasionally operating a transit bus to transport passengers over deviated fixed routes to local points according to time schedule and/or at customer request.
The incumbent in this position must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, including effective communication with employees, local and state officials, other transit agencies, and the public.
The qualified applicant will hold a high school diploma or GED, and two years of commercial driving experience is preferred; an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be substituted for listed requirements. Police Officer Recruit

Under immediate supervision, actively participates in the P.O.S.T. certified police training academy; performs all related learning and testing activities.
