Reserve Firefighter
Part-time, part-time benefits offered. Starting pay is $17.54 an hour, DOE.

Cripple Creek Emergency Services provides fire protection, EMS, and rescue to the City of Cripple Creek and the surrounding area, covering approximately 56 square miles.
Requirements Include: High school diploma or GED. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a Colorado Driver’s License by time of appointment. Must pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check and provide an acceptable motor vehicle record from any state in which a license has been held within the previous three years.
Possession of the following is required:
- Colorado State Firefighter I (or higher) Certification
- Colorado State Hazardous Materials Operations Certification
- Current Colorado EMT Certification
- Current ISFAC and/or Pro Board Fire Service Professional Qualifications in lieu of Colorado State Certifications can be submitted for consideration.

Police Officer
Part-time, part-time benefits offered. Starting pay is $29.44 an hour, DOE.
Department: Police
Patrols assigned beat on foot, or in patrol car to control traffic, prevent crime or disturbance of peace, and arrest violators. Applicant must have at least 2 years of experience as a police officer, as this position will be filling shifts. Must be 21 years of age or older, have a valid Colorado driver’s license, POST certified, be able to pass all physical and psychological exams, background checks, pre-employment drug test and provide an acceptable motor vehicle record from all states in which a license has been held within the previous three years. Requires a high school diploma or GED.
