Gold Camp 4th and Cripple Creek 4th of July Fireworks On the Fourth of July, Cripple Creek comes alive with old-fashioned fun throughout town and a spectacular fireworks show. The historic mining town goes all out for its Independence Day celebration. The firework show, beginning at approximately 9:30 p.m., is produced by Zambelli Fireworks, one of the largest pyrotechnic companies in the world that has created shows for the likes of the NFL and Olympics.The street festival also includes family games, food and drink vendors, donkeys, live music and more along Bennett Avenue. And, of course, you can try your luck at one of the town’s many casinos.Fireworks show will be on the Fourth of July only, however the events will continue on Saturday, July 5.
