Cup of Christmas Tea is a fundraiser for the AMC Community of Caring Christmas events. At this event, an individual or group hosts a table for 6-8 guests. The host is responsible for inviting friends, decorating the table, and bringing food for their guests. The AMC provides tea and drinks.
There are drawings, door prizes and entertainment.
This year there will be live entertainment for the event. Celtic Mountain is a band of traditional, original, instrumental and vocals making up the group. Lead singer-songwriter Richard Arnold Beattie starts each program with acoustic guitar and vocals and builds harmonies and grows the band right in front of your ears. Songs of Gratitude, A Gold Camp Country Christmas, A Cup of Christmas Tea and the Spirit of a Community Christmas will warm the coldest of Winters. With Twin Hammer Dulcimers, Appalachian and Canadian Dulcimer, guitar and harmonies with Rich and Jill Beattie, Becky Kagan and Lynn Prebble from Westcliffe, Colorado, your ears will be filled with holiday sounds.
